O Porto de Bares é un lugar da parroquia de Bares no concello Coruñés de Mañón na comarca de Ortegal. Tiña 99 habitantes no ano 2011 segundo datos do Instituto Galego de Estatística dos cales eran 46 homes e 53 mulleres, o que supón unha diminución con relación ao ano 1999 cando tiña 132 habitantes. Segundo o IGE, en 2024 tiña 71 habitantes (31 homes e 40 mulleres).
