A Casa A Fundación é unha casa señorial, probablemente do século XVII, situada no lugar da Costa (Mañufe, Gondomar). Actualmente en ruínas, asentábase sobre un pequeno outeiro sobre o río Folón (Río Pequeno na cartografía oficial) nomeado na zona como Río das Bouzas e tamén como Río da Costa. A vivenda principal tiña dúas plantas e dependencias auxiliares típicas dunha casa labrega na súa contorna: curral, corte, bodega, lagar e almacén. Para as labores de explotación contaba con muíño fariñeiro e unha levada de augas para o regadío.
