O Castro é un lugar da parroquia de Dena no concello pontevedrés de Meaño na comarca do Salnés. Segundo datos do IGE, tiña 26 habitantes no ano 2025, dos que 14 eran mulleres e 12 homes, o que representa un forte descenso respecto ós anos 2016, cando tiña 35 veciños, e 2010, cando eran 31.
