Trascastro é un lugar da parroquia de Carracedo, no concello lugués de Láncara, na comarca de Sarria. Segundo o Instituto Galego de Estatística, no 2007 tiña 8 habitantes (3 homes e 5 mulleres), o que supón unha diminución de habitantes con respecto ao ano 1999 cando tiña 11 habitantes.
