O Castro é un lugar da parroquia de Manduas no concello pontevedrés de Silleda. No ano 2007 tiña 26 habitantes, deles 10 eran homes e 16 eran mulleres. Isto supón un aumento no número de habitantes. Segundo o IGE, en 2023 tiña 21 habitantes (12 homes e 9 mulleres).
