O castro de Moura é un castro da Idade de Bronce Final que se atopa preto do lugar de Frexulfe, na parroquia de San Xoán de Lóuzara, no concello lucense de Samos. Ocupa un lugar a 946 metros sobre o nivel do mar, desde o que se domina visualmente boa parte do val do Loúzara.
