Castro de Portela é unha aldea da parroquia de Vilamor, no concello lugués de Folgoso do Courel. Está situada na serra do Courel, moi preto do río Lor. En 2008 tiña unha poboación de 8 habitantes (5 homes e 3 mulleres). Atópase a 468 m sobre o nivel do mar, xunto ao castro do mesmo nome, nun profundo val escavado polo río Lor. Está situado xunto á estrada que une Froxán con Vilar de Lor.
