O Chan do Cerqueiro foi un asentamento da época calcolítica, habitado no III milenio a. C., situado en Moimenta (Macenda, Boiro) no alto dunha zona montañosa cun amplo control visual sobre o sur e o norte da zona do Barbanza. Nel localizouse numerosa industria lítica relacionada coa elaboración de puntas de frecha, o que levou aos investigadores a considerar que o lugar estivera especializado na elaboración destes obxectos.
