Humoso​ (oficialmente en gallego: Umoso)​ es un lugar​ situado en la parroquia de Quintela de Humoso, del municipio español de Viana del Bollo, en la provincia de Orense, Galicia.​ Ubicado en la margen derecha del río Bibey, entre el regueiro (arroyo) de San Martiño y el reguiero da Porta da Arca, la población de Humoso se divide en dos barrios separados. Los locales en ocasiones se refieren al lugar como Oumoso. Se accede a través de las carreteras OU-0902 y OU-0903.
