A Fundación Otero Pedrayo é unha fundación cultural de carácter privado que ten como obxectivo o mantemento e promoción da memoria colectiva sobre o escritor e intelectual ourensán Ramón Otero Pedrayo, chamado "Patriarca das Letras Galegas", a través das actividades lembradoiras propias dunha fundación destas características, e da custodia da súa Casa-Museo no lugar de Cimadevila, na parroquia de Trasalba, no concello de Amoeiro. Desde 2021 o seu presidente é Xosé Eduardo López Pereira.
