Santo Adrán de Toba é unha parroquia que se localiza no centro do concello coruñés de Cee na comarca de Fisterra. Segundo o IGE en 2018 tiña 647 habitantes (325 mulleres e 322 homes) distribuídos en 9 entidades de poboación, o que supón un aumento en relación ao ano 2004, cando tiña 619 habitantes. En 1999 tiña 646 habitantes.
