San Lourenzo da Illa é unha parroquia eclesiástica galega que se localiza no arciprestado da Baixa Limia da diocese de Ourense, e que ten as súas terras e os seus lugares repartidos entre dous concellos, o de Entrimo e o de Lobios. No ano 2014 tiña 288 habitantes dos que 140 eran homes e 148 mulleres. As aldeas de Olelas, A Illa, Lantemil e a despoboada Reloeira pertencen ao concello de Entrimo; e Quintela e a tamén despoboada Buscalque pertencen ao concello de Lobios. A aldea de Olelas está dentro do Parque Natural de Baixa Limia-Serra do Xurés, e cómpre destacar tamén que de Olelas son orixinarias as vacas cachenas.
