A igrexa de San Tomé de Serantes é un templo relixioso de feitura románica da parroquia de Serantes, no concello ourensán de Leiro. Ten a súa orixe no século XIII. Componse dunha nave e ábsida rectangular. Os elementos máis destacados da súa fachada son a portada, o tornachuvias e un gran rosetón. A portada é apuntada, con dúas arquivoltas sobre columnas. O tornachuvias sostense por interesantes canzorros no que destacan as figuras humanas, en actitude grotesca. Os capiteis desta portada decóranse con motivos vexetais xunto con motivos zoomórficos. Un deles representa dúas aves comendo dunha piña e outro tres homes.
