Santa Cilla do Valadouro é unha parroquia do concello de Foz na comarca da Mariña Central, na provincia de Lugo que se estende por unha superficie de 13,22 Km². Tiña 276 habitantes en 2016, segundo datos do Instituto Galego de Estatística, 128 homes e 148 mulleres distribuídos en 7 entidades de poboación. O que supón unha diminución de 64 habitantes respecto ao ano 2007 cando tiña 340 habitantes (164 homes e 176 mulleres) e 125 menos que en 1999. Nesta parroquia atópase o monte da Frouxeira no que está o castelo da Frouxeira.
