Santiago da Ameixenda é unha parroquia que se localiza no sur do concello coruñés de Cee na comarca de Fisterra. Segundo o IGE en 2018 tiña 476 habitantes (245 mulleres e 231 homes) distribuídos en 5 entidades de poboación, o que supón unha diminución en relación aos anos 2004, cando tiña 615 habitantes, e 1999 cando tiña 669 habitantes.
