A Illa de Beiro é un illote deshabitado galego da Ría de Arousa, a medio camiño entre a Illa da Toxa e a costa do municipio de Cambados. Ten 6 hectáreas de superficie e é totalmente chaira, e baixa, cunha praia na súa costa norte e roquedal cara ao sur e oeste. Cóbrea vexetación halófila e cando as mareas son baixas pode chegar a quintuplicar o seu tamaño. Atópase situada dentro da área protexida Complexo Intermareal Umia-Grove-A Lanzada.
