Castro de Meá é un poboado castrexo fortificado situado ao carón da ría de Ferrol en Mugardos. Ten forma irregular con formas adaptadas ao terreo. Os muros miden uns tres metros de alto cara ao oeste e máis baixos cara ao leste.
