O Picón é un lugar da parroquia de Loiba no concello coruñés de Ortigueira na comarca do Ortegal. Tiña 34 habitantes no ano 2009 segundo datos do Instituto Galego de Estatística, dos cales eran 18 homes e 16 mulleres, o que supón unha diminución con relación ao ano 2000 cando tiña 46 habitantes.
