Coto do Castro ou Castro do Salto, é un castro de cumio fortificado do concello de Cabanas. Ten forma ovalada. Cun eixo maior de N-S duns 90 metros e 60 m no eixo L-O, con dobres defensas completas duns 5 metros de alto. O antecastro sitúase ao NL duns 60 metros de ancho e un 30 m de longo onde se sitúa o acceso ao castro. O castro ten vistas á ría de Ares.
