A praia de Patos é un areal situado na parroquia de Panxón, no concello de Nigrán, no Val Miñor. Sitúase entre a península de Monteferro e a praia do Caranquexo, tamén coñecida como praia das Canas. Esta praia é moi frecuentada por afeccionados e seguidores do mundo do surf, grazas ás súas ondas provocadas pola súa orientación cara ó mar aberto. No ano 2014 tiña Bandeira Azul.
