A serra do Suído (ocasionalmente Xuído) é un sistema montañoso galego, que fai de fronteira entre as provincias de Pontevedra e Ourense. Nesta provincia sitúase nos concellos de Avión e Beariz, e nela nace o río Avia, na de Pontevedra espállase polos concellos da Lama, Fornelos de Montes e Covelo.
