As Torres de Mens é un castelo construído no século XV, por Lope Sánchez de Moscoso, despois das revoltas irmandiñas, sobre unha fortaleza anterior, que á súa vez se situaba sobre un antigo castro. O edificio está incluído no Rexistro Xeral de Bens de Interese Cultural como monumento de arquitectura militar desde o ano 1994. En 1993 recibiu o premio que outorga Europa Nostra aos monumentos salvados da ruína.
