O Castro é un lugar da parroquia de Lañas no concello coruñés da Baña na comarca da Barcala. Tiña 38 habitantes no ano 2015 segundo datos do INE, , dos cales 22 eran mulleres e 16 eran homes. No 2010 tiña 48 habitantes: 27 mulleres e 21 homes.
