O Centro Torrente Ballester é un centro cultural ferrolán, creado en 1993 no antigo Hospital do Hospicio de Ferrol na rúa Concepción Arenal. Leva o nome do famoso escritor local Gonzálo Torrente Ballester. Trátase dun centro multidisciplinar de mostra de arte contemporánea. Nel realízanse numerosas exposicións que teñen que ver co cinema, a pintura, a arquitectura e outras disciplinas da arte e pretenden atraer a Ferrol ós amantes da cultura. Son de especial interese as obras e espectáculos de pequena escala que se realizan na súa capela frecuentemente. É de propiedade municipal e dende hai uns anos cabe a posibilidade de celebrar as vodas civís alí, ademais de no Concello.
