Forma parte da rede de vía estreita operada por Renfe a través da división comercial Renfe Proximidades AM. Dispón de servizos rexionais da liña R-1f entre Ferrol e Oviedo, así como servizos parciais entre Ferrol e Ribadeo denominados R1a.
