San Xiao de Nois é unha parroquia do concello de Foz na comarca da Mariña Central, na provincia de Lugo que se estende por unha superficie de 23,4 km². Tiña 532 habitantes en 2016, segundo datos do Instituto Galego de Estatística, 280 homes e 252 mulleres distribuídos en 6 entidades de poboación. O que supón unha diminución de 17 habitantes respecto ao ano 2007 cando tiña 549 habitantes (282 homes e 267 mulleres) e 32 menos que en 1999.
