San Salvador de Pedroso é unha parroquia rural que se localiza no leste do concello de Narón, na provincia da Coruña, cunha superficie de 9,8 km². Na xurisdición eclesiástica forma parte do arciprestado de Xuvia, pertencente á diocese de Mondoñedo-Ferrol. Segundo o padrón municipal de 2018 tiña 701 habitantes (355 mulleres e 346 homes) distribuídos en 28 entidades de poboación, o que supón un descenso en relación ao ano 2007 cando tiña 795 habitantes. A súa densidade poboación é de 75,2 hab./km².
