A gruta de Aloia, ou gruta da Trapa, é unha cova granítica situada no Parque Natural do Monte Aloia, na serra do Galiñeiro, no concello pontevedrés de Tui. Formouse hai dous millóns de anos por mor da erosión do río subterráneo que a percorría, e ten unha lonxitude de 1250 metros.
