San Salvador de Soutomaior é unha parroquia que se localiza no concello de Soutomaior. Segundo o padrón municipal en 2014 tiña 2292 habitantes (1139 homes e 1153 mulleres), 48 máis que en 1999. Ten doce entidades de poboación. Na parroquia está o castelo de Soutomaior, no monte Viso. Foi construído no século XII e transformado no XV nunha fortaleza medieval parcialmente destruída durante a revolta irmandiña.
