San Simón de Ons de Cacheiras é unha parroquia que se localiza no leste do concello de Teo. Segundo o IGE en 2018 tiña 5.712 habitantes (2.804 homes e 2.908 mulleres) distribuídos en 25 entidades de poboación en 12,4 km², o que supón un aumento en relación ao ano 1999 cando tiña 2.590 habitantes.
