San Xoán de Vilaronte é unha parroquia do concello de Foz na comarca da Mariña Central, na provincia de Lugo que se estende nunha superficie de 12 km². Segundo o Instituto Galego de Estatística en 2013 tiña 733 habitantes, deles 347 eran homes e 386 eran mulleres, o que supón unha diminución en relación ao ano 1999 cando tiña 808 habitantes.
