Non confundir coa Illa de Santo Antón no municipio de Redondela. A illa de Santo Antón (A Illa do Santo) ou illa da Pena Grande é unha illa galega da Coruña, situada xusto no porto da cidade vella. Trátase dunha das estampas máis coñecidas da cidade herculina. A pesar do seu reducido tamaño (1,1 hectáreas), está enteiramente fortificada e unida por unha ponte, construída na década de 1940, á cidade.
