A Illa dos Forcados é unha illa galega da provincia da Coruña, situada na parroquia de Lira, concello de Carnota. É unha illa baixa e completamente pedregosa. A pesar da súa extensión relativamente grande (5 hectáreas) carece e careceu de calquera tipo de construción ou actividade humana (fóra da pesca superficial), debido a ser completamente pétrea e imposible de abordar.
