O Monte de Mero é un lugar da parroquia de Oza no concello coruñés da Coruña na comarca da Coruña. Segundo o padrón municipal (INE) en 2014 tiña 19 habitantes (7 homes e 12 mulleres), 43 menos ca no ano anterior. Non constaba na edición de 2003 do Nomenclátor de Galicia, pero incorporouse na de 2026 por constar nas bases de datos do INE. En 2008 descubríronse uns petróglifos xunto ao camiño real de Eirís.
