O encoro dos Peares é un pantano artificial creado en 1955 no río Miño, situado entre os concellos de Carballedo e Pantón, na provincia de Lugo. A súa capacidade é de 182 hm³ e ocupa unha superficie de 535 hectáreas. A súa presa é de gravidade e ten unha altura de 94 m. Dispón dunha central hidroeléctrica para o seu aproveitamento.
