San Xiao de Narón é unha parroquia situada no centro do concello de Narón na provincia da Coruña. Segundo o padrón municipal de 2007 tiña 988 habitantes (508 mulleres e 480 homes) distribuídos en 12 entidades de poboación, un menos que no 2004. A súa densidade de poboación é de 146,37 hab/km². Na xurisdición eclesiástica forma parte do arciprestado de Xuvia, pertencente á diocese de Mondoñedo-Ferrol.
