A Serra do Moncai é unha serra galega, situada entre os concellos de Monforte de Lemos e A Pobra do Brollón, na provincia de Lugo, en pleno Val de Lemos. Está situada en dirección NO-SL, e limita ao noroeste co río Cabe e ao leste co río Saa. O seu pico máis alto é o Moncai, de 531 metros de altitude.
