O Teatro Alfonsetti é un teatro situado no centro da localidade de Betanzos. Foi inaugurado en 1882 e durante máis de cen anos funcionou como cine, chegando a converterse na sala de cine máis antiga de España. Actualmente o teatro é de titularidade municipal, aínda que durante boa parte da súa historia estivo xestionado pola familia Pita, encargada da confección do famoso Globo de Betanzos. O teatro está situado nun inmoble no que se encontraba o antigo convento de San Domingos, onde tamén se encontran o Museo das Mariñas, o Arquivo e a biblioteca municipal. A finais de novembro de 2009 a sala sufriu un incendio que obrigou ao seu peche.
