O balneario de Sousas é un balneario situado na vila Verín, a unha altura de 381 metros sobre o nivel do mar. A auga do manancial de Sousas brota entre rochas graníticas, a unha temperatura de 19 °C. Funciona dende 1859. Un pequeno e sinxelo quiosco de 1892, con reformas posteriores, permite o consumo das augas no mesmo manancial. Conta cunha área contigua axardinada e de descanso, a carón da planta de envasado.
