O Castro é un lugar da parroquia de Vilalonga do concello de Sanxenxo (Pontevedra). Segundo datos do IGE, tiña 25 habitantes no ano 2025, dos que 12 eran mulleres e 13 homes, o que representa un mínimo descenso respecto ó ano 2016, cando tiña 26 veciños, pero un forte incremento respecto a 2009, cando eran 18. Debe o nome ó castro que existiu no lugar.
