Santiago de Fazouro é unha parroquia do concello de Foz na comarca da Mariña Central, na provincia de Lugo que se estende nunha superficie de 8,75 km². Segundo o Instituto Galego de Estatística en 2020 tiña 598 habitantes (319 homes e 279 mulleres), 66 menos ca en 2007 (324 homes e 340 mulleres nese ano) e 2006.
