San Miguel de Rarís é unha parroquia que se localiza no sur do concello de Teo. Segundo o IGE en 2018 tiña 611 habitantes (324 homes e 287 mulleres) distribuídos en 9 entidades de poboación en 7 km², o que supón un aumento en relación ao ano 1999 cando tiña 579 habitantes. Rarís ten vistas do Pico Sacro e de diversos lugares da redonda. Destaca o espazo natural do Pozo da Xerpa. O equipo local de fútbol xoga no grupo 9 da Terceira Autonómica de Galicia, e xoga no campo das Medas. O primeiro sábado de xullo fanse alfombras florais en honra ó Santísimo.
