Santiago de Celeiro é unha parroquia do concello lugués de Viveiro na comarca da Mariña Occidental. No ano 2007 tiña 1.917 habitantes (942 homes e 975 mulleres) nunha soa entidade de poboación, o que supón unha diminución de 112 habitantes en relación ao ano 2000.
